Intensive training in Haarlem

12 December 2004

Four times a year we meet to have an intensive training in Haarlem. It was now for the fourth (and last) time this year that we held our intensive training. We were seven people this time. The theme we used in this intensive training was ‘’Kime’’ which should be practiced from the very beginning. Kihon-Sotai is a very good tool to experience this concept. Everybody knows of course that Kime is related to Ki-Ken-Tai and Kiai. So, suddenly you have an intensive training. It keeps you quite busy, with a lot of budo-concepts. We finished with Ran-ai and Gohon no midare for the seniors, no time to think in this series, so afterwards you can put the question what is left? After the training we always drink and eat something. Next year we will organize a two-day seminar for intensive training, and this should be also a good moment to focus even more on budo-concepts.
