Fred Quant left Holland...
to teach the Swedish group again...
The camp started on Friday December 10 with kenjutsu and jodo, after which some sumo eating took place at a local restaurant serving Mongolian BBQ.
Saturday continued in the spirit of jodo with kihon and kata practise. By Sunday we had all gotten new katas and the beginners were introduced to all of kihon!
In total we were 11 happy jodokas plus our great instructors Fred Quant and Michael Söderkvist. As a little icing on the cake almost all beginners had brand new gi's and hakama's on!
We are all very thankful to Fred for coming to Sweden and teaching us in his very friendly and good way!
