The 11th seminar of Shinto Muso Ryu Jo

Zlin, November 10th – 11th , 2007

Even though several regular participants did not come this time (because of attending another event, or long-term stay abroad), over 30 Czech, Slovak and Hungarian jodoka took part in our 11th seminar of Shinto Muso Ryu. The trainings were lead by Fred Quant and as always they were very illuminative, intensive and pleasant (at least as much pleasant as an intensive exercise can be :-)).

Most of the time we worked in three groups - kihon/tokushu waza, omote and the more advanced.  Additionally, we often practiced together - tandoku dosa, ken kihon and at the end tanjo jutsu.  Fred prepared very diverse program and as most of the readers of www.fej.ch know the style of Fred's practice, I will not waste time on commenting upon that. Just have a look at the photos below (we have a lot of them this time and I think that they are quite good), or preferably, as this is not the last seminar we organize, you can come and join our training the next time.

I hope that all the participants not only enjoyed the trainings, but also were satisfied with the organization, the dinner in the dojo, the translation and the weather that we prepared. As usual, snow was falling the whole weekend.

Thanks to everyone who came and looking forward to meeting you again soon.
